Back in Stock: Japanese Folding Knives

Produced since 1896, these traditional Japanese pocket knives have been a long time favourite of ours. Each is made with a double-bevel blade of hand-forged of Warikomi steel, making them the perfect compact utility knife for the home or to take camping.

We currently have both the regular sized knife as well as a miniature version in stock, both in the brass finish. The smaller size is well suited for a  keychain.

Back in Stock: Kitchen Scissors

We are also now fully stocked with both Diawood and Toribe kitchen scissors! Each pair has the ability for the blades to separate, so that they can be cleaned and sharpened easily or used as box-cutters.

Yoji Yamada Exhibition Final Days

It has been such a pleasure being surrounded by Yoji’s beautiful work this past month, but as the seasons change it will soon be time to restore the shop back to its regular order.
