Nousaku's tin products are handmade using traditional casting techniques handed down for over 400 years in Takaoka city, Toyama prefecture, Japan. Tin is known for having good omens as it does not break, rust or tarnish easily. Tin has a high thermal conductivity and the cup itself becomes cold quickly. It is equally good for warmed sake.
