Finn Juhl designed the Television Chair in 1961 as part of a bedroom interior dedicated to his partner, Hanne Wilhelm Hansen. The bedroom was one of the most personal and unconventional projects of Finn Juhl's career and marked a new direction in his design career. The graphic lounge chair is crafted from cherry wood with a burnished steel frame, casters in untreated brass, and a choice of upholstery.
