First designed in the 1950's, the Mourne Stripe draws inspiration from simplistic Scandinavian style. Selected from the archives to complimemnt the Mourne Check, the weavers pay careful attention to remain true to Gerd's original design.
Mourne Textiles was originally founded by Gerd Bergersen in 1949. Today three generations in, Mourne continues to create impeccable hand loomed textiles.
