Returns & Exchanges

ONLINE PURCHASES:
 
Online purchases are final-sale, except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise. Any other returns in extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis and customer must pay for return shipping.
 
Materials such as wood, concrete, upholstery etc may have inconsistencies in grain and pattern, which is not the basis of a legitimate return. Variations in form, colour, and finish are also to be expected with handmade items.
 
Damages need to be notified within 24 hr of receiving. We are not liable for damages after 24 hours. Images of all packaging and damaged goods must be submitted for a claim. If a claim is approved, damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced by an identical item. If a replacement is not possible (in case of discontinued or one-off items), a refund will be offered in the original form of payment.
 
ACCESSORIES PURCHASED IN STORE:
 
Accessories purchased in-store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof-of-purchase. In case of exchanges for an item of lesser value, the difference will be returned in the form of store credit.
 
FLOOR MODELS: Floor models, furniture, and lighting are final sale. 
 
SALE: Sale items are final sale.
