In our experience, these herbs lead an unsafe existence once they hit the kitchen counter: heavily plucked and with no designated place to stay.\nThe pots are made from hand thrown terracotta and are designed with side openings to water the plants from the bottom rather than the top. This watering system promotes healthy root growth, protects the soil and sensitive root systems, and results in a bigger plant.\nThe opening on the side also allows you to pour away excess liquid 20 minutes after watering.","sort":"4","datetime":"2016-01-05 17:27:14"},{"id":"154","record_id":"2","image":"\/content\/collections\/2\/garden-works-collection-154.jpg","cropped":"false","version":"0","height":"0","width":"0","text":"","sort":"5","datetime":"2017-03-06 16:14:41"},{"id":"59","record_id":"2","image":"","cropped":"false","version":"0","height":"0","width":"0","text":"New Mexico Cactus Pot\n\nCacti and succulents enjoy being watered directly into well-drained soil. Their roots should never be standing in water. Our answer to this was to lift the pot on a short stem above the water collecting disc. The ornament on the disc, as well as the chosen colour palette, are influenced by our image of sunbaked landscapes and the natural habitats of cacti: New Mexico, Arizona, or even closer destinations like the Canary Islands.","sort":"6","datetime":"2016-01-05 17:19:59"},{"id":"156","record_id":"2","image":"\/content\/collections\/2\/garden-works-collection-156.jpg","cropped":"false","version":"0","height":"0","width":"0","text":"","sort":"7","datetime":"2017-03-06 16:15:36"},{"id":"63","record_id":"2","image":"","cropped":"false","version":"0","height":"0","width":"0","text":"Water Bulb\n\nThe water bulb has basically the same function as a PET-water bottle turned upside down.
